Help on the river

How can I get rid of the muddy water for Perry in to order to proceed I did everything I can and nothing helped (please help me I’m stuck and please read my comment if you like)

First remove the black soil under your character and then you can take the water with your pot , and replace the contaminated water with a pure water(dont forget to change your water first after you scoop the contaminated water)
