Level up, and sorry for sounding like a butt, but just overall jrpg experience helps, git gud as they say, but looking up strats is also a good way to learn, I still do it from time to time, there's no one way to tell you how to deal with each boss, as each one is different, balancing your characters is the best way to go about it, look up reddit suggestions on character builds and work from there, I suggest not doing what they do exactly but build around it and learn from it to make something You are happy with
