Making its debut, it is learned by Grimlins at level 48 and Gem jamborees, dealing minor Frizz spell damage to random enemies in range while rarely sealing their spells. It costs 36 MP to cast, and is also used by Hootingham-Gore during the Dragon Quest IX event.
