The Arcadia Region is the land north of the town of Arcadia including Rydon's Tower, and the Chapel of Autumn. A tunnel further north leads to Blizzard Peaks.

The party arrives when Evil Jessica attacks the town.

The tower is home to Rydon, the craftsman.

This chapel serves as a rest stop between Blizzard Peaks and Arcadia.
