Belly Stick is a demon with one eye and a chesire smile, black skin, blue hair and tail, and four red arms as the top wields red mace-like fist.

- The belly stick resembles the Ahriman from the Final Fantasy series. Fittingly, both are one eyed monsters, however, they debut far from each other (Final Fantasy III/NES era & Dragon Quest X/Modern game era), and while the Belly stick is a normal enemy from the start, the Ahriman was a boss in its debut game, but became a normal enemy from Final Fantasy IV onwards.
