Dragon Quest: Monster Battle Road Series[]

Known as Axplosion in this series, it reappears from Battle Road II onwards as the third skill for Hacksauruses when they are paired up with the player in the Warrior vocation replacing their Flame Breath, damaging all enemies with their axes wreathed in fire.

Dragon Quest: Scan Battlers[]

Acting mostly the same as in the Battle Road games, it is used by Axesauruses in battle, though it can only damage a single enemy.

Dragon Quest Tact[]

Learned by Restless armours at level 16, Royal reptiles at level 31, Skeleton soldiers and Tuskateers at level 32, and Living statues at level 42, it acts the same as in previous appearances and costs 17 MP to use. A scroll of this ability can be obtained by clearing Stage 7 of Illusia's Battle Road.

Dragon Quest Treasures[]

Learned by Dark sabrecats.
