The Blight(s) of Rimuldar are a series of diseases in the Dragon Quest Builders version of the town. You can find villagers around Rimuldar and through teleportals that will be suffering these diseases.

Mild Blight[]
- Coughing
- Inability to walk
- (Said to be an early stage of the Blight)
- Suffered by Nosh. It is very easily cured.
Zombification Disease (plot important)[]
- Starts out as a normal disease and seems curable
- Progresses into grey, waxy skin, bloodshot eyes, sores and scabs all over the body, intense itching, groaning, worms and maggots crawling under skin
- Incurable and turns the sufferer into a Walking Corpse
- Suffered by Kean, Edsel, and Irvyn. All 3 have to be killed.
Starving Sickness[]
- Makes the sufferer hungry even if they are full
- Caused by Treefaces
- Patients will only request ingredient-dense food
- Suffered by Casey and Mildred, easily curable if you have the food
Paralysis[]
- As stated by the name, causes Paralysis
- Caused by Killerpillars and Tingleweed
- Patients will request Tingle Tablets
- Suffered by Jacob, curable once you learn how to make the aforementioned Tingle Tablets
