A scroll of this ability can be obtained from the Swap Shop for 750 DQIII Medals and Holiday Cards each, and by clearing Stage 2 of Crabid, Jade, Lleviathan, and King Korol's Battle Roads, and Stage 4 of Imp's Battle Road.
