Biography[]
The Brute Bat appears alongside Succubeast and other monsters during the Children of Hargon's attack on Rendarak. Brute Bat makes his first non-flashback appearance in Beran, where he terrorizes the town and attempts to kill a human Priest for blasphemy against the Children of Hargon, unaware he was the Prince that survived the attack on his home kingdom. The Scions of Erdrick to come to his aid and fight the monster, wining the battle. The Brute Bat curses his loss despite being chosen by Pazuzu, but despite Caradoc's optimism in the Scions' victory, the Brute Bat curses the Prince of Cannock in the name of Hargon before passing away, forcing Gawain and Peronel to go to Yggdrasil's Arbour alongside his sister Matilda to obtain a Yggdrasil leaf and cure him.
