Dragon Quest Wiki

Bubble slime is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.

Characteristics[]

Bubble slimes are, as their name would suggest, relatives of Slimes but are more fluid and green by comparison. They also appear to be perpetually bubbling, though the bubbles appear to hang in place instead of being constantly produced.

Strategy[]

Often weak enemies where they are featured, players may be tempted to think of bubble slimes as easy kills, but doing so is ill-advised. Each has a small chance of envenoming its target.

The player should have a party member with an antidotal herb or the Squelch spell ready for relief. Otherwise, treat with low priority when bigger baddies are in play.
