Making its debut, it is learned by investing 100 skill points into the Fan skill tree, damaging enemies with butterflies either near them, or far away from them, making it useful for enemies with high defence and costs 6 MP to use. In the Offline version of the game, it is learned by investing 9 skill points into the Hero and Fura's Fan Character Builders.

Learned by Butoma Preciana via Special Selection, it deals non-elemental dance damage to all enemies 5-9 times, costing 114 MP to use.
Dragon Quest Heroes II[]
Learned by Maya after reaching level 12 on her Fan Proficiency, it summons 4 butterflies that continuously damage enemies for 20 seconds, though the number can be increased to 8 via a Party Power, though those butterflies have half the normal power of the usual 4. It costs 9 MP to use.

Appearing as a spell, it is learned by Maya at level 33 and damages all enemies in range while often stunning them. It costs 111 MP to cast, while upgrading the spell increases damage dealt and reduces MP cost.
