CD theater Dragon Quest II (CDシアター ドラゴンクエストII), also referred as Dragon Quest II CD theater, is drama CD of Dragon Quest II. Along with the drama play, the album includes arranged melodies from the game and a 48-page illustrated booklet with passages of the story.

The second of the CD theater Dragon Quest series, CD theater Dragon Quest II is a drama play albums that recounts in a simplified manner the plot of Dragon Quest II as presented in the novelization of the game, but with voice actors and arranged music.

The album and booklet were released on 13 December 1991 by Enix, catalog number ECD-002. The package appears to have been sold as a book rather than an album, with ISBN 4900527793 for the booklet. Apparently, Apollon Incorporated also distributed the album and sold it as such, with catalog number APCG-4020 and JAN 4988015041538.
