Captain Brownbeard is a character in Dragon Quest Builders 2.

Captain Brownbeard has brown hair extending into a beard. He wears a white shirt, red vest, blue pants, and brown boots. He also wears a white turban with a purple jewel in front.
Personality[]
Although sort of a coward, Brownbeard will always help the Builder hop island to island on his trusty boat. He is rather upbeat most times and eager to help so long as it doesn't involve monsters.
Biography[]
Dragon Quest Builders 2[]
The captain disembarks on to the Island of Awakening soon after the player speaks to the Hairy Hermit. Upon speaking to the Builder, he explains that he became lost while sailing an unfamiliar route and stopped at the island to find supplies. After that he becomes your main source of transportation from island to island.
