The Cave of trials is a very dangerous dungeon. It was created millennia ago by the God of Humans himself in order to store powerful evil-dispelling spells, in case his creations, the humans, and the world itself would ever face danger. However, to both safeguards said magic and to test whoever ventured inside, the cave not only housed powerful guardians, but it also extended for several underground floors, each one housing increasingly powerful light spells.
Many renown parties went into the cave but only a few can ever return alive. A sage once ventured down the cave so far that he or she written a journal through the journey.
Both Leona and Avan ventured, separately, in the Cave of Trials, but Avan was able to reach far, far deeper floors than the princess and her companions.
