Chilling Chuckle is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series.

Making its debut, it is a move learnt by Angelo when he invests 52 skill points in his Charisma skill tree, replacing Sarcastic Snigger. It decreases the enemy's tension by one level, similar to Morale Masher and the previous skill.

Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twins Kings and Ending of the Prophecy

Appearing as a skill of Angelo when he and Jessica join the party, it works differently from VIII, freezing enemies who are near him, and costs 4 MP to use.
