Crash and Grab is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series.
Appearances[]
Dragon Quest X[]
Making its debut, it is used by Pruslases, Whitey clubbers, Balzack, Balzack Zombie, Giga clubber, General Giga Clubber, and Gotze to damage all enemies, though it can be avoided by jumping at the right time.
Dragon Quest XI[]
Acting mostly the same as in X, it is used by Nelgelas, as well as Pruslases once again, though it cannot be avoided.
Dragon Quest Monsters: Super Light[]
Dragon Quest Heroes and Dragon Quest Heroes II[]
Acting the same as in X, it is used by Night clubbers, as well as Pruslases once again, though it can be avoided by jumping once again. It is also a combo of Psaro, activated by pressing △ (X in the Nintendo Switch port) while airborne, though it drains MP from any enemies it hits.
Dragon Quest Tact[]
Learned by Balzack at level 54, it deals major damage to all enemies in range while rarely stunning them, costing 120 MP to use.
Trivia[]
- During the game's 2.1 update, the skill was used by Blue moons, Dark planets, and Mars faces in lieu of their Press ability, though because of a bug, it is no longer used by them.
