Dragon Quest of the Stars[]
Used by Nokturnus once again during the Nokturnus Attacks! Event on Hero difficultly onwards and Legendary Nightmare of Destruction: Fiend Nokturnus, it damages all enemies for approximately 200 damage, while potentially reducing their agility by 2 levels.
