Dragon Quest VIII Original Soundtrack or Dragon Quest VIII: Sora to Umi to Daichi to Norowareshi Himegimi Original Soundtrack (ドラゴンクエストVIII 空と海と大地と呪われし姫君 オリジナル サウンドトラック) is the official soundtrack album of Dragon Quest VIII. This was the first official original soundtrack album in the series released before an arranged version. The tracks are the ones used in the original Japanese PlayStation 2 release of the game (sequenced music), not the arranged symphonic ones included in the international release. All melodies were composed by Koichi Sugiyama.

The CD album was released on 22 December 2004 by Aniplex along with Sugiyama's own label, Sugi Label, with catalog numbers SVWC-7228 and SVWC-7229 and JAN 4534530008473.

The album was reprint in 2009 by King Records.
