Eleanor

Eleanor is a character in Dragon Quest XI. She is the mother of the Hero.

Appearance[]

Eleanor is a young woman with long brown hair and green eyes. She wears a long, light green dress with a green cape attached to it around the shoulders. She has a tiara and a necklace that has the emblem of Dundrasil on it.

Personality[]

She is a gentle woman who cares about her family. She fell in love with Irwin and married him even though he was a mere soldier. She takes good care of Jade when the princess comes visit, acting like a mother toward her.

She strongly disapproves the passion of King Robert toward the "Ogler Digest Magazine" and she throws away all the issues she can find.

Biography[]

Dragon Quest XI[]

Eleanor is the only child of King Robert and his wife. She was assigned a personnal guard, Irwin, and they both fell in love with each other. She encouraged Irwin to ask for her hand in marriage to Rab, who quickly accepted, putting the happiness of his only child before anythin else. She later got pregnant of the Luminary. However, not long after she gave birth, monsters led by Mordegon attacked the Dundrasil. She fled with her son and princess Jade, but monsters were after them. She entrusted her child to the little girl before running in the middle of the road to distract them and save the children. She was then killed.
