Dragon Quest IX[]

Enchanted stones can be made using two thunderballs, two ice crystals and a mystifying mixture. The mystifying mixture is also made with alchemy, while the thunderballs and the ice crystals can be found lying on the ground in certain spots (see Map of material locations in Dragon Quest IX)
Enchanted stones can also be found in chests, and one enchanted stone is dropped by the boss monster Larstastnaras after her defeat in the story quest.
Dragon Quest X[]
Enchanted stones are used as a material for crafting weapons and armour. It can be found randomly in red or black treasure chests, can be received as a reward for quests, or dropped rarely by various monsters, such as Abracadabradors, Bad karmours, Hellions, Living statues, and Treefaces.

Dragon Quest Heroes[]
Enchanted stones can be dropped by Living statues, Stone golems, and Stone guardians, exchanged for eight Mini medals from King Flaminio on the Stonecloud, or received as a reward for completing Grudge Match: Sinister Statue with gold clear time from the second time onward. Enchanted stone can be used to create Block-it lockets and the quick recipe for the Sorcerer's ring in the Alchemy Pot or sold for 1,050 gold.
Dragon Quest Heroes II[]
Enchanted stones are used as an ingredient for improving various accessories and can be sold for 300 gold coins each. They can be dropped by Hell niños, Stone golems, and Stone guardians or picked up from sparkly spots at the Damned Dunes.
Dragon Quest Treasures[]
Enchanted stones can be purchased from shops for 650 gold coins each or collected from nodes of ore on The Hinterquarters. It is mainly used for crafting the Addra family of pellets at the Werks or for scouting monsters.
