Making its debut, it is learned by Gremlins at level 36, Garudas at level 42, Magmalices and Red Dragons at level 24, Pickayunes and Sweaty yetis at level 20, Damselflies at level 26, and Terrorhawks at level 28, dealing moderate Frizz breath damage to all enemies in range and costs 61 MP to use.
