Symphonic Suite Dragon Quest IV or Symphonic Suite Dragon Quest IV: The Guided Ones (交響組曲 「ドラゴンクエストIV」 導かれし者たち) is an album with a symphonic version of the soundtrack for Dragon Quest IV, composed and arranged by Koichi Sugiyama, and performed by the NHK Symphony Orchestra as well the original Famicom soundtrack arranged by Koichi Nakamura.

The CD album was originally released on 13 March 1990 by Apollon Music Industrial Corp, catalog number APCG-9001 and JAN 4988015030099. It was also released with an alternate vinyl printing, catalog number APJG-9001 and JAN 4988015030082, and a cassette tape one, catalog number APTG-9001 and JAN 4988015030105.

This album should not be confused with the homonymous album performed by the London Philharmonic Orchestra and the one performed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, as well as other similarly named albums from live performance recordings.

While this album has not been reprinted in its original form, the symphonic tracks were re-released in 2001 in the similarly named album Symphonic Suite Dragon Quest IV + Original Game Music published by SME Visual Works, which also contains the PlayStation version soundtrack instead of the Famicom one, and in the 2009 album of the same name, published by King Records.
