Flamethrowers are often seen with blue skin, a suit of white armour and boots, a gold bracelet, and levitating in the air. It is a warrior imbued with the powers of the inferno, and has a flame on its head resembling a torch.

Being a demon able to juggle and throw fireballs, a play is made on "flamethrower", a device very similar to a rifle that is usually filled with a combustible gas so as to emit a controlled stream of fire from its muzzle.
