Flying Knee is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series.

Dragon Quest VI[]
Making its debut, it is learned by Carver at level 5 and deals 50% more damage against floating monsters. Other characters can learn it by advancing to Rank 5 of the Gladiator vocation, and is also used by Bronson in battle.
Dragon Quest VII[]
Learned by advancing to Rank 3 of the Martial Artist vocation, it acts the same as in VI, and is also
Dragon Quest Heroes II[]
Already learned by Carver when he joins the party, it costs 7 MP to use and can deal more damage by holding the button it's assigned to, being improved at skill level 9 and the maximum being level 12. It can also be upgraded into Super Flying Knee and Über Flying Knee, respectively.
