The full moon ring provides a defence boost of +10. It can be sold for 600 gold. It can be obtained by mixing a Gold ring and Poison moth knife in the Alchemy Pot.
Dragon Quest IX[]
The Full moon ring can be sold for 1,250 gold, but not bought. It is created through the alchemy recipe of Gold ring x 1 + Poison moth knife x 1 + Lunaria x 1. It has a defense bonus of +5 and a one star rarity. Its in game description is "A ring that provides protection against paralysis when worn."
Dragon Quest X[]
The full moon ring has a defence bonus of +2, a style bonus of +5, and increases resistance against paralysis by 50%. It can be dropped by Spitegeists and Lunar chimaeras. With accessory synthesis, the defence and paralysis resistance can be increased.
