Fullheal is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest series.

Restores all HP to an ally and/or the user.

Dragon Quest I HD-2D Remake[]

Only appearing in the game's HD-2D Remake, it is used by Cureslimes once again and costs 7 MP to cast once again.

Dragon Quest II[]

Making its debut, it is learned by Princessa at level 15 and by Caradoc at level 28 in the HD-2D Remake. It costs 8 MP to cast (16 MP in the HD-2D Remake), and is also used by Whackolytes, Silvapithecuses in the NES original and HD-2D Remake, Pazuzu, Belial, Hargon, and Malroth, as well as Cureslimes in the HD-2D Remake.

Dragon Quest III[]

Acting the same as in II, it is learned by Erdrick at level 33, and Priests and Sages at level 30. It costs 7 MP to cast, and is also used by Cureslimes, Leger-de-men, Troobloovoodoos, Hocus chimaeras, Manticores, Abracadabrers, and Arcticores in battle. Ortega also uses this spell during his fight with the King Hydra, while the spell itself can also be used to damage Zoma after removing his Cloth of Darkness.

Dragon Quest IV[]

Acting the same as in its last 2 appearances, it is learned by the Hero and Kiryl at level 27, and Meena at level 26. It costs 7 MP to cast once again, and is also used by Balzack and Marquis de Léon, as well as Cureslimes once again. It is also used by Orifiela, and is already known by Psaro when he joins the party in the remakes, while costing 6 MP to cast.

Dragon Quest V[]

Acting the same as in previous appearances, it is learned by the Hero at level 22, his Son and recruited Cross eyes at level 16, recruited Healslimes and Slime knights at level 20, recruited Chimaeras at level 15, recruited Revaulting horses at level 23, and already learned by Cureslimes when they are recruited. It costs 7 MP to cast once again, and is also used by Wyrtoises, as well as Cureslimes once again. From the DS remake onwards, it can also be learned by recruited Archdemons at level 12, recruited Conkuisitors at level 20, recruited Pip fighters at level 30, and recruited Conkuistadors at level 40.

Dragon Quest VI[]

Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by advancing to Rank 7 of the Priest vocation, recruited Dreamaeras at level 20 only in the SNES original, Nevan at level 19, Healie at level 15, and already learned by Curie upon joining the party. It costs 7 MP to cast once again, and is also used by Uber dreamaeras, as well as Cureslimes once again.

Dragon Quest VII[]

Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by once again advancing to Rank 7 of the Priest vocation and Rank 6 of the Healslime. It costs 6 MP to cast, and is also used by King cureslimes and Night knights, as well as Cureslimes once again. In the 3DS remake, it is also used by Übergines, Ancient mariners, and Kernels of truth, as well as Whackolytes once again.

Dragon Quest VIII[]

Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by Eight at level 27 and Angelo at level 24. It costs 6 MP to cast once again, and is also used by Jabs and Unholy bishops, as well as Cureslimes and King Cureslimes once again. In the 3DS remake, it is also learned by investing 39 skill points into Red's Roguery skill tree.

Dragon Quest IX[]

Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by Priests at level 47. It costs 24 MP to cast, and is also used by Slionhearts, as well as Cureslimes, King Cureslimes, and Malroth once again, the last of which uses for the first time since II.

Dragon Quest X[]

Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by investing 180 skill points into the Priest's Faith skill tree from the latter half of 3.4 onwards, 48 skill points into a recruited Slime knight's Magic Rider skill tree after its 10th reincarnation, and by Klashmi at level 120, but has a CT of 90 seconds (180 seconds prior to 5.2). It costs 16 MP to cast, and is also used by Returner moas, Blackmar, Volcano elder, and Mageshroom, as well as Cureslimes, King Cureslimes, Malroth, and Belial once again. It is also used by Alvin when he fights alongside the Hero and a Priest during the Zoma event and used against him after his Cloth of Darkness is dispelled once again, while costing 7 MP to cast for the first time since VI. In the Offline version of the game, it is one of Prince Laguas's Coup de Grâces, being learned by investing 15 skill points into his Royalty skill tree after clearing the Skill Expansion sidequest.

Dragon Quest XI[]

Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by the Luminary after investing 12 skill points into his Luminary Character Builder, Serena at level 50, and Rab at level 47. It costs 24 MP to cast for the first time since IX, and is also used by Archbashops, Spawny devils, Lump shamen and Shadow ministers gone Vicious, and Wyrmalroth, as well as Cureslimes, King Cureslimes, and Whackolyes gone Vicious once again. It is also used alongside Serena's Hymn of Light for the Care Prayer Pep Power.
