General Bowson was the commander of Ringaia, the Fortress Kingdom.
After the country was destroyed by Baran and the Dragon Legion, the Ringaia King went missing and Bowson assumed his role at the World Summit in Papnica.
He is the father of Nova, the Hero of the North.
