The God of Darklings is one of the creator deities who, alongside the God of Dragons and the God of Humans, created both the world and the Dragon Knights in the Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai.
Unlike the other two, almost nothing is known about this deity, other than they created the Darkling race, giving them the shadowy Underworld as a place to live, and playing a part in creating the Dragon Knights alongside their fellow deities, when the conflict between the races for the dominion of the world became too violent and constant. Due to Vearn, one of the rulers of the Underworld, being so powerful to being comparable to a deity, the God of Darklings received much less worship compared to his fellow gods, as Vearn scorned them and planned to eventually supplant all the deities, imposing that his subjects would worship him instead.
