Grevos is a minor character in Dragon Quest X.
Biography[]
A Thwarthog with dreams of becoming the Great Demon King, he is first encountered in the Netherworld, being one of the many monsters and Demons at the Great Gate before being dismissed by Valeria, due to his arrogant personality and his inferior fighting skills.
He is later fought by the Hero after he is chosen by The Demon Oracle as the next Great Demon King, having stolen Melazev's luggage. Later when Valeria is presumed dead after a failed attempt on attacking Zekuresu, he and many Demons and monsters are fighting at Valdista Fortress, gloating that now he is the ruler since Valeria is dead, but is forced to flee after a Flamethrower ended his short lived reign. He is seen knocked out when the Gannon Brothers show up and the other monsters and Demons flee.
After their defeat in Topal, he is fighting with a Hippo king until a blast of Valeria's ice magic ends the fighting and restores order, fleeing while Valeria's subjects renew their loyalty to her. By the time the Hero sees him again in the Rouge Roost, he has given up his dream of becoming the next Great Demon King and sees his friend Grini again after he loses a game of Skull Poker.
