The Holy Mother Dragon is a semi-divine dragon created by the gods and the virgin mother of all the Dragon Knights, worshiped alongside the god of Dragons by the people of Teran. She was the source of the Dragon Knights's life cycle; how they all originated and came to an end. When a Dragon Knight was about to die, she brings them to their departure from the mortal world.

Her existence being slowly eaten away by an evil presence, she originally planned to make Dai the last Dragon Knight. However, after being reasoned with by Baran about the special nature of Dai, the Holy Mother Dragon changed her mind; she instead spent the last of her power by giving it Dai, disappearing forever. With her passing, the lineage of the Dragon Knights would from that moment forward depend on Dai and his own descendants.

Appearance[]

The Holy Mother Dragon dons a typical dragon-like appearance. Along with scales, horns, wings, claws, and a line of fur that lasts from the beginning of her horns to the end of her tail. All of such features being in a pure white hue. Her eyes lack evidence of a sclera as well as a pupil but do seem to appear with a blue tone.

Personality[]

The Holy Mother Dragon has a virtuous and somewhat commanding and mature aura. She seems to be a vital celestial being in the Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. Although, the Holy Mother Dragon is under no circumstances omniscient. While she holds an abundance of order, she was able to be persuaded by Dai and Baran into permitting Dai to return to mortal existence.

Abilities[]

As the eternal life cycle of the Dragon Knights, The Holy Mother Dragon is the source of all the Dragon Knights that originated and came to an end. When a Dragon Knight was about to die, the sacred dragon will come to their aid and takes the power of the dragon crest into her womb before sending the Dragon Knight's soul into the afterlife, thus processing giving birth to a new Dragon Knight for the next generation.

Even in her last moments, she used her holy power to resurrect Dai back into the living world.
