Dragon Quest III Remakes[]

The Holy lance has an attack bonus of +35. It can only be equipped by Priests and Sages. It is sold at Asham and Ibis.

Dragon Quest IV Remakes[]

The holy lance has an attack bonus of +33. It replaces the Morning star in the remakes. It can be bought in Endor for 1,250 Gold Coins and sold for 937. Kiryl and Meena can equip it.

The Holy lance has an attack bonus of +36 and a style bonus of +17. It can be equipped by the Hero and Sir Mervyn. They can be bought for 3,300 Gold Coins at Greenthumb Gardens when it is revisited in the past and sold for 1,650.

Dragon Quest VIII[]

The Holy lance has an attack bonus of +39. It can only be equipped by the Hero. They can be bought for 2,700 Gold Coins in Pickham and sold for 1,350. Holy lances can also be made during Alchemy.

Holy lance = Long spear + Gold rosary.

Dragon Quest X[]

The holy lance can be equipped by Priests, Martial Artists, Paladins, Item Masters, and Guardians at level 21. It gives +28 attack and does 10% more damage to the Undead family.

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker[]

Holy lances can be bought at the Celeste Isle item shop for 2,850 Gold Coins and sold for 1,425. They have an attack bonus of +34. Its in game description is "A holy lance effective against the undead."

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2[]

The holy lance gives +34 attack and does more damage against undead family. It can be bought for 2842G and sold for 285G.
