Ilya, the Tempest is a character in Dragon Quest VI.

Ilya has long blonde hair and hazel eyes. He wears a blue tunic, orange neckerchief and white headband.
Biography[]
Dragon Quest VI[]
Ilya was originally a thief/treasure hunter that was raiding the cave near Amor. While raiding a nearby cave for the Mirror key, both he and Evgenya came upon a Grrrgoyle with Evgenya running away. After the party travels back in time to save him, both he and Evgenya decided to settle down in Amor. In the present day, the old couple gives them the mirror key as a reward.
