Kadim reduces the enemy party's wisdom by 40% for 4 MP and can be cast twice to enhance the dumbing down to 80%. The spell has a base success chance of 60% and a maximum success chance of 80% at 3,999 wisdom is learned through the Antimagician, Blighter, Enfeebler, Sage, and Scruffy talents.
