The Kaiser Phoenix is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest series used exclusively by Dark King Vearn.
Description[]
Kaiser Phoenix is one of Vearn's signature attacks. It is in essence a mere Kafrizz spell, but refined to such an extent as a result of Vearn's incredible magic power and spellcasting skill that it takes the form of a large flaming bird to assail his enemies, almost as if it were alive. The spell is so potent that even someone using magic resistant equipment like Hyunckel had difficulty in resisting it.

Dragon Quest Monsters: Super Light[]
Learned by Dark King Vearn at level 15, it inflicts a large amount of Frizz spell damage to one enemy and costs 12 MP for the Dark King to cast.
Dragon Quest Tact[]
Learned by Dark King Vearn at level 54, it inflicts major Frizz spell damage to all enemies in a rectangular area of effect and costs 133 MP for the Dark King to cast. Upgrading the spell increases damage dealt and reduces MP cost.
