The live lava is a monster who appears in the Dragon Quest series.
Characteristics[]
A deep red mudman usually found in hellishly hot areas, the live lava generally attacks physically and does not do much else apart from the occasional Boom and Frizzle spells it can throw. What makes it dangerous is that it can summon more of its kind on any turn. Although only three can appear at once in the 3D version of Dragon Quest VII, live lava can wear down an ill-prepared party rather quickly. The player's best bet is to remove them as soon as possible, unless grinding for extra EXP.
