Luchenda is a character in Dragon Quest X. Despite looking like a young woman, she is in truth a much older individual, who alongside Sage Horro, Sage Eidos, Sage Buroggen, and Sage Marine are part of a group of powerful, benevolent magic users known as the Crown of Wisdom. In particular, Luchenda concentrates her efforts by directly supporting the kingdom of Grand Zetannia as an advisor, as its royal bloodline has contained every single human hero, all the way back from the very first one.

- Cursiosly, Luchenda's tail, one of the typical features of the Ogre race, cannot be seen in her regular clothing, unlike all other Ogres; instead, it is only visible when Luchenda is wearing a swimsuit.
- It is tinly implied that Luchenda very much so does not like to reveal her true age, warning in a sligtly threatening tone Anlucia to not bring up the subject, and actively disliking anyone who actually knows her secret and does not make an effort to keep it such as her great-grandson Balleo.
