Miko Himea is a character in Dragon Quest X. As she had a special bound with the sacred Yggdrasil, being the guardian of the holy plant, Miko Himea lived an unnaturally long life, which would end only when Yggdrasil would finally produce a flower. This blooming happened during a sacred festival, and Himea briefly died; however, the patron deity Eldona herself decided to delay Himea's passing for just a bit longer, as she sensed that the Yggdrasil flower would play a really important role in the near future; some time later, the flower was finally used in order to partially revive the soul of Goddess Luciana, and Miko Himea at long last, passed away in peace.
