Missile is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series.
Appearances[]
Dragon Quest X[]
Making its debut, it is used by Metal dragons, Dark nebuluses, and Clockwyrms to damage all enemies for 70% to 80% of their HP.
Dragon Quest XI[]
Acting the same as in X, it is used by Mechan-o'-wyrms, as well as Metal Dragons once again when they have gone Vicious. In addition, Pep Power versions of this skill make their debut when these 2 mechanical monsters are Pepped Up at the same time, though the former is exclusive to the PS4/3D Mode of the Definitive Edition and the latter is exclusive to the 3DS/2D Mode of the Definitive Edition.
Dragon Quest of the Stars[]
Dragon Quest Heroes and Dragon Quest Heroes II[]
"Ooh, look, these little gold bits are to die for! Are they real? Can I have them?"
'To die for' is right. Keep staring at that, and you'll be dead before you can even find out.— Maya and Terry, on the Uberkilling Machine's little gold projectiles during it and the Demon-at-arms boss fight.
Used by Überkilling machines in both games, they fire out little gold bits to damage enemies in battle.
Dragon Quest Tact[]
Learned by the Metal Dragon via its Talent Blossoming, it inflicts heavy damage on all enemies in range while potentially lowering their defense for 3 turns and costs 98 MP to use. It is also used by Uberkilling Machines once again.
