Moonahan is a location in Dragon Quest II. A town in central Torland, it is a key location in the game, being the place where the party meet the Princess of Moonbrooke.

Synopsis[]

Moonahan is the meeting point for the two princes and the Princess of Moonbrooke. After obtaining Ra's mirror, the princes can use it on a stray dog in the town; in reality the princess under Hargon's curse.

The town is also home to the water sigil; hidden behind a golden key door and a jailor's key door, the location of this crest is hinted at by a man in Beran. The heroes must fight with two grimlins and search the empty cell to locate it.

Moonahan serves as a central location for several quests in the game, specifically recruiting the Princess of Moonbrooke, retrieving the Windbreaker, and departing for Rippleport.
