Omniheal is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest III, it restores all HP to the party, and is often (but not always) restricted to the hero. It is related to the weaker spell Multiheal.

Dragon Quest III[]
Making its debut, Erdrick learns it at around level 38, depending on their wisdom, and costs 62 MP for them to cast.
Dragon Quest IV[]
Acting the same as in III, it is only learned by the Hero at levels 32~34 depending on their wisdom. It costs 36 MP in the original (20 MP in the remakes) and is also used by King Cureslimes in battle to heal their allies.

Acting the same as in the last two games, it is learned by recruited Healslimes at level 36 and recruited Cureslimes at level 30, while already being learned by recruited King Cureslimes and Epipanies when they join. It once again costs 36 MP to use, and is also used by Bilhaws, as well as King Cureslimes once again, and Epipanies and Conkuisitors in the remakes.

Acting the same as in previous appearances, it is learned by Healie at level 23 and by Curie at level 50, while also being learned by recruited Healslimes and High Djinkses, though only in the SNES version. It costs 36 MP to cast once again and is also used by King Cureslimes once again.
Dragon Quest VII[]
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it can only be learned by reaching Rank 5 of the Platinum King Jewel vocation in the PS1 original. It costs 20 MP to cast, and is also used by Epipanies and Conkuisitors, as well as King Cureslimes once again, though the former two will always fail at casting it.
- In the 3DS remake, it can also be learned by reaching rank 7 of the Hero vocation.
Dragon Quest VIII[]
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by the Hero after investing 82 skill points into his Courage skill tree. It costs 36 MP to cast, but due to the MP-reducing bonuses of his Courage attribute, it will cost 18 MP. It is also used by heads of state, as well as King Cureslimes once again. It is also the Deathmove for the Trauma Centre Monster Team.
Dragon Quest IX[]
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned only by Priests at level 65, and costs 128 MP to cast. It is used by Boa Bishops as well as King Cureslimes once again.
Dragon Quest X[]
Acting the same as in previous appearances, it is usually an enemy only spell, being used by Blackmar as well as King Cureslimes once again. Players can only use it the Springtime Fairy Event as a King Cureslime, costing 48 MP to use, while it is also used by Ashlay to aid the Hero, Euriza, and the party while fighting Jia Leone.
Dragon Quest XI[]
Acting the same as in previous appearances, it is learned by the Luminary after 16 skill points are invested into his Luminary Character Builder and Serena at level 66. It costs 64 MP to use, and is also used by Phoenixes, as well as King Cureslimes once again. It is also a requirement for the Yggdragon's Blessing Pep Power.

Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by The Almighty Numen at level 82 and costs 200 MP to cast for the first time since Super Light, though it can only be used twice per battle, while upgrading the spell reduces MP cost.
Dragon Quest Treasures[]
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by Orc Chieftains, Elysium Birds, Sham hamwitches, Emerald king slimes, Pearly wights, Admiral Mogsworth, and the Elysian dragling at level 60, costing 36 MP to cast for the first time since Joker 2 Professional.
