The Kingdom of Dirkandor is a location in Dragon Quest II. It is a castle situated on an island in eastern Torland, accessible only via ship or teleportal.

Synopsis[]

The King of Dirkandor is in possession of the moon sigil. A fan of fighting, he will grant the sigil to the party if they can best a striking sabrecat in combat.

In addition, the shopkeeper holds the rare tectonic plate. It isn't for sale, instead being locked in a personal chest behind the counter. The party can only get to it if they possess the right key.
