The Pandemonic sword (Nadirian sword in DQotS) is a powerful recurring sword in the Dragon Quest series. It can only be wielded by Psaro.

Making its debut from the PS1 remake onwards, it can only be wielded by Psaro and has an attack bonus of +150. Upon hitting an enemy, it saps some of their life-force and restores Psaro's HP.

The Pandemonic Sword appears as an S-rank sword that can be acquired as part of the 2022 Dragon Quest Day event by clearing the Psaro stages on In Search of Strength. Compared to its DQIV counterpart, it has an attack bonus of +30, an HP bonus of +45, and has three slots for Alchemy Effects.
