Dragon Quest II HD-2D Remake[]
Only appearing in the game's HD-2D Remake, it is learned by Gawain after obtaining a scroll from a sparkly spot in Northern Moonahan. It costs 3 MP to use once again, and is also used by Sea scorpions.
Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake[]
Only appearing in the game's HD-2D Remake, it is learned by Thieves at level 9, and costs 3 MP to use for the first time since Dragon Quest Tact.
Dragon Quest VIII 3DS[]
Only appearing in the 3DS remake, it is learned by Morrie when he invests 9 skill points into his Claw skill tree. It costs 0 MP to use and deals damage equal to his level, but does not have the Woosh element.
Dragon Quest IX[]
Making its debut, it is learned with 4 skill points allocated into the Claw skill tree. It costs 2 MP to use and deals Woosh damage to enemies equal to the user's level, with the second blow damage is calculated as ((Level + 4) + / - 20%), as an example.
Dragon Quest X[]
Learned by investing 3 skill points into the Claw skill tree, it can deal more damage than a regular attack on the first blow, but fixed damage on the second. It is useful for defeating the Gold-plated puppets and the Golden boxes in the Pyramid and costs 3 MP to use. In the Offline version of the game, it is learned by investing 1 skill point into the Hero and Mjoll's Claw skill trees.
Dragon Quest XI[]
Acting the same as in its last 2 appearances, it is learned by investing 4 skill points into Jade and Rab's Claws Character Builders. It costs 2 MP to use for the first since IX, and is also used by Vince when he helps the Luminary and fights against him.

Dragon Quest Walk[]
Acting the same as in previous appearances, it is already learned when equipping the Beast talon, Cobra claws, Crystal claws, Infernails, Panther claws, Silver claws, and Steel claws weapons, costing 3 MP to use once again.
Dragon Quest Tact[]
Learned by Clockwork cuckoos at level 14, and already learned by Great sabrecubs when they are recruited, it deals 136% physical Woosh damage to one enemy and costs 3 MP to use once again.
Dragon Quest Champions[]
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is already learned by equipping the Steel claws and costs 10 MP to use.
