Biography[]
Dragon Quest IV[]
He is the young prince of Ballymoral, secretly in love with Veronica of Endor. Due to his nation's conflictive nature, he has Torneko Taloon act as a mediator to relay his letters to the princess. His father King Shamus wishes to conquer Endor, but upon seeing a letter from King Norman explaining that Regan and his daughter are in love, causing the king to realize that his son would be the next king of Endor and calls off the attack. The two are later married in the Endor colosseum, which continues during Chapters 5 and 6 of the game.
Though ungifted in combat, Regan is sensitive and loves Veronica, while wanting no part of his father's ambitions to fight Endor.
