Acting differently from X, it is learned by Hellfire Prince Psaro at level 52 and deals 410% physical Frizz damage to one enemy while restoring 30% of his HP. It costs 88 MP for the Master of Monsterkind’s summer attire to use, while upgrading the skill reduces MP cost and increases damage dealt.
