- Although the technique is visually different from the Beast King Redemption Blast (獣王会心撃, Juou Kaishin Geki) used by Crocodine who appears in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, it seems inspired by it due to: the close name (changing only "beast king" with "state king"), their user sharing the same voice actor up to that point. It is visually close to the unnamed move Crocodine used to retreat from his first battle against the Hero's Party in the manga.
