Biography[]
An orphan from Lane Village, he become a student of Lange in order to become a Dragon Magician and learn Puff!. That's because his older sister, Shiroa, was the first Dragon Magician disciple taken in by Lange, but unfortunately she had tragically died when she couldn't master the Puff! spell. Having lost his caretaker and only family, Ruin then grew up seeking revenge against the Dragon Magicians, and in particular against the dragon Baguis, from which they originated from, wishing to learn Puff! in order to use its power to kill Baguis and thusly exterminate the Dragon Magicians.
However, after being defeated and knocked out of the Puff! spell, and learning that not only Lange and Baguis had saved them both in the past from a Mysterious dragon, but also that Shiroa willingly volunteered to help Lange and died without regrets, Ruin decided to relent his revenge, leaving the area. He eventually reconsidered, and came to the group's aid against Void Dragon King Griedel. Even thou the battle costed Lange her life in order to ensure Baguis survival, she left the duty to train new Dragon Magicians to Ruin and Aspa.
