The sail serpent is a monster who appears in the Dragon Quest series.
Characteristics[]
The final member of the flython genus can glide easily over or under water with its purple wings extending from its orange scaled body and is equally as noxious as its lesser kin, with its bite and breath both being able to stun unsuspecting prey and leave them as cannon fodder for other monsters in the same mob. Highly agile, the sail serpent may gain the upper hand in battle and therefore strike before most other combatants can act.
