Dragon Quest IX[]
Making its debut, it is learned by investing 22 skill points into the Luminary's Je Ne Sais Quoi skill tree and blinds a group of enemies with camera flashes, costing 3 MP to use.
Dragon Quest X[]
Learned by investing 16 skill points into the Luminary's Je Ne Sais Quoi skill tree, it acts the same as in IX, but has a circular range centered on the user, the success of the skill being dependent on the player's Charm stat. It costs 6 MP to use, and is also used by Giga Momolina in battle. In the Offline version of the game, it is learned by the Hero in the Luminary vocation at level 8.
