Seraphi is a character in Dragon Quest X and a resident of the kingdom of Al-Agun who has lost her memory. She is usually with a one-eyed silver sabrecat partner whom she calls Clawde.
Appearance[]
Seraphi is a young woman with short blue hair styled in a bob and big blue eyes. She often wears goggles atop her head and a single green bangle bracelet. Additionally, her typical outfit often consists of a yellow tunic, orange handkerchief, a black undershirt, black shorts, a blue sash, black socks, and orange boots.

Seraphi is introduced as one of the many residents of Al-Agun and begins her story appealing to King Bermud. When he claims that she doesn't truly understand monsters, she travels with the Hero to find a one-eyed silver sabrecat that wears a matching bracelet to her. She notes that before she lost her memory, she could faintly remember finding the sabrecat in the jungle and finding it odd that it didn't attack her. Upon finding the sabrecat, she concludes that she and the creature used to be partners, naming him Clawde. She then goes on to free monsters trapped in a fighting field alongside the Hero and Clawde, regaining her memories during it. She recalls to the Hero that in Al-Agun, the identities of humans and monsters had been swapped. Seraphi recounts that she was originally a healslime and Bermud's monster partner. After witnessing Bermud's final acts, she decides to go on a journey to help other former monsters like her.

Seraphi appears as an S-rank member of the Slime family as part of the special Valentine's Day event in the Japanese version and August 5th 2021 for Western versions, along with Clawde. She can learn Power of Protection, Gritty Ditty, and Angel Charm naturally and her Leader Perk increases the defence of allies, including herself, in a range of 5x5 squares around her by 20%. Her personal ability, Helper Seraphi, heals an ally when they are hit by an enemy attack if they are within healing range with costing no MP.
